All orders are subject to stock availability and order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
Customized items, once processed, cannot be modified or canceled.

Deliveries are subject to availability and are charged based on location.
If the customer refuses or does not accept the order upon delivery, the delivery fee will still apply and is non-refundable.
Orders must be inspected at the time of delivery or pickup. Any issues must be reported immediately.

Once balloons are accepted in good condition, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please inspect all balloons at the time of delivery. If damaged, notify us on the spot. Claims made after delivery will not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted for non customized, unopened items within 7 days of purchase.
Balloons, custom products, and seasonal items are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds (where applicable) are made via the original payment method within 10–45 business days, depending on your card issuer.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

All credit/debit card payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.
We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease any credit/debit card details or personally identifiable information to third parties.
All submitted payment information is transmitted securely to the payment processor.
The merchant will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.
We are not responsible for the privacy policies of websites we may link to. If you interact with third parties via our website, you do so at your own discretion.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used.
The Party Station will NOT provide any services or products to individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

In the event that a product or service is listed with an incorrect price or information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any such orders—whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged.

If your card has been charged and the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued to your payment method.

We make every effort to display product details accurately. However, colors and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings or supplier updates.
