- Refunds for Eligible Items:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within your banks’s return Time Frame after we receive and inspect the returned items. - Non-Refundable Items:
Delivery fees and customization charges are non-refundable.
3. Order Refusal or Non-Acceptance
If you refuse to accept the order upon delivery for reasons not related to product damage or errors on our part:
- You will still be responsible for the delivery fees associated with the order.
- Any non-refundable items, such as customized or perishable products, will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your receive an incorrect Order:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost. Photos of incorrect items may be required for verification.
5.Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning eligible items unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).
6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Exchange and refund can be done only in stores within 14 days with the receipt and the product must be in its original condition
7. Non-Delivery or Late Delivery
If we fail to deliver your order due
to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Offer a rescheduled delivery at no extra charge.
- Issue a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
