Since we understand that getting your items on-time is important to you, we exert every effort to process your order as quickly as possible, and provide you with the lowest flat shipping rates available. The call center is available from 10 am-10 pm. However, our delivery team can be available before 10 am or after 10 pm upon the client’s request.

1.  Supply and Delivery of Goods

We supply the requested item(s) as shown on your order confirmation, seeking our best to meet the specified time frame for delivery.

 2. Packaging and Labeling

We do our best to depict accurate images for item(s). However, sometimes delivered item(s) may, to a small extent, differ in appearance and packaging from their appearance in images and photographs on the Website.

 3. Goods Out of Stock

We will notify you with unavailable items and reasons of unavailability by the website after you place your order.

4. Shipping Rates

You should expect your order to be delivered within 3-4 working days. 

5. Delivery Outside Greater Cairo

For areas outside Cairo, Shipping fees will depend mainly on the weight of the package and will be received in most cases within 5-7 working days of placing the order. 

Returns & Replacements

1.     Placing Orders

-You are responsible for all orders placed on your account, including for any mistakes in your order caused by you.

-You receive Orders under the terms and conditions on the website (including delivery and other charges) after you have completed the checkout process.

-Kindly, you need to review your order before confirming it. However, if you discovered a mistake after confirmation, you can go through the return process.

5. Exchange/Return policy

Party Station offers a managed returns process to simplify returns for buyers. With the party Station returns process, If the buyer returns an item, Party Station will give in Return a Voucher with the amount paid by the buyer Minus the Shipping fees , also minus Banking fees in case of online payment or payment through POS and we have the right to charge you for any other direct costs incurred in collecting the product/s and we may deduct these from any sums owed to you.

    1 We can refund or exchange goods in the following condition:

(a) Defected or in an unacceptable conditions;

(b) Not used (with original tags and/or packaging).

(c) Not damaged in any way.

   2 The Party station doesn't offer Refund for Delivery Service.

3 We accept returns matching the above conditions only  within 14 days of purchasing date.

4 You have to show Payment receipt or receiving receipt that proves the item was bought from our store and the item shall have our store’s barcode to be able to complete your return.

5 Package have to be in original status to be able to return it with the above conditions.

 

6  No Exchange and No Refund on Costumes and accessories (wigs,…)

Canceling an Ordering

If you decide to cancel your order, please note that this will be done before the order is shipped or delivered to the shipping company, in such case only bank incurred fees will be deducted from the amount paid.
